(Providence, RI) O2 Global Chauffeured Services has acquired All Occasion Transportation, Inc. of Providence, RI in an asset purchase that was completed on January 14, 2010.

 

John Olinger, President and CEO of O2 Global Chauffeured Services, has served the local market for over 5 years. Moving forward, Olinger's group will be the clear market leader in the state, now enjoying over 25 years of combined experience in the leisure and corporate markets.  Eric Weiner, who founded All Occasion Transportation in 1990, will work with the combined companies in his new role as Founder, focusing on quality assurance, marketing, and national and international business development.

"Acquiring the All Occasion Transportation brand was not just about purchasing a customer list, but equally about purchasing a great company, with top notch staff and procedures.  Eric has built a world class organization over the years, and I'm excited to be able to work side by side with him and our new team in our next phase of growth.
